Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Syslice Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Syslice Technologies provides custom software development, AI automation, cloud architecture, UI/UX design, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements signed between Syslice and the client.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights for custom work are transferred to the client upon full payment. Syslice retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary code developed during engagements.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical architectures, source code, and user data. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Syslice Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
