Every lead, from every platform, in your CRM within seconds
You advertise in six places and your leads arrive in six formats, in six inboxes, on six schedules. Lead Sync connects to all of them, turns every submission into the same clean record, and delivers it to your CRM while the enquiry is still warm.
Formats do not match, deliveries go missing, and connections quietly expire. Lead Sync is built around those three failures.
A Facebook lead, a LinkedIn form and a Calendly booking describe a person in three different ways. Lead Sync reconciles them into one consistent record, so your sales team sees the same fields whatever the source. Adding a platform does not mean redoing your CRM setup.
If your CRM is down or slow, the lead is not dropped. Delivery retries on its own until it succeeds. Anything that still fails is held and flagged rather than discarded, and you can re-send it with one click once the problem is fixed.
Connections renew themselves, so nothing expires over a long weekend and nobody re-authorises six ad accounts every few months. Setting one up needs no developer either, and our team does the first one with you.
Every source has its own purpose-built connection, not a generic form catcher. Connect the account, choose where the leads should go, and it runs.
Every lead-ad submission reaches your CRM the moment it is made, with a safety net that catches anything the platform delays.
Instagram lead forms captured alongside Facebook, from the same connected business account. Linking Meta once turns on both.
Lead Gen Form submissions from your sponsored campaigns. Once you connect, you pick the advertising accounts you want monitored from a list.
A booking becomes a lead the moment it is made, so the meeting is already in your pipeline before it happens.
Bookings from Cal.com become leads the moment they are made, for teams running it instead of Calendly.
Every Typeform response routed onward as it lands, with each connected form kept independent of the others.
JotForm submissions connected straight from your own account, with no developer registration needed on your side.
Tally form responses delivered onward as soon as somebody presses submit, in the same record shape as every other source.
Form submissions from your HubSpot portal, useful when HubSpot collects the enquiry but another system needs to act on it.
Responses from the Google Forms you nominate, checked continuously so nothing waits for someone to open a spreadsheet.
Lead-form extensions from your search and display campaigns, with test submissions filtered out automatically.
Instant-form leads from your TikTok campaigns, delivered to the same destination as everything else you run.
What each connection captures, what you need on hand to switch it on, and what happens once a lead is in. No development work on your side for any of it.
Connected once, then left alone

The part you notice only when something else goes wrong
| Behaviour | What Lead Sync does |
|---|---|
| Immediate delivery | The lead is normalised and sent onward within seconds of the platform releasing it |
| Verified in, signed out | Incoming submissions are authenticated before they are accepted, and everything we send your CRM is signed so your endpoint can prove it came from us |
| Automatic retry | A destination that is briefly down does not cost you the lead, because delivery keeps retrying on a widening schedule |
| Nothing dropped silently | A delivery that cannot be completed is held and flagged rather than discarded, and can be re-sent by hand |
| Connections stay live | Authorisations are renewed for you, so a source does not quietly stop working while the office is closed |
| Full history | Every lead and every delivery attempt is recorded, so a dispute about a missing enquiry is answerable from data |
| Test before you rely on it | Send a sample lead to any destination and watch it land before you point real ad spend at it |
| Any destination | Your CRM directly, or an automation tool such as Zapier, Make or n8n sitting in front of it |
Lead Sync holds access to your advertising accounts and a direct line into your CRM. That is a serious amount of trust, and the design reflects it.
Each customer's data is separated at the account level and resolved on our servers, never from anything a browser can edit. One customer cannot reach another's leads.
The access we hold to your advertising accounts, and the secrets used to talk to your CRM, are encrypted before they are stored.
Incoming submissions are verified as genuinely from the platform they claim to be, and outgoing deliveries are signed so your CRM can verify them too.
Each destination has its own credentials, so rotating the key for one system never disturbs another route.
Platform administration is entirely separate from customer accounts. No role inside your organisation can reach it, and no administrator needs to touch your data to support you.
Every lead received and every delivery attempted is logged with its outcome, giving you an audit trail rather than a claim.
Your leads and delivery history are exportable. Lead Sync sits between platforms you already own and a CRM you already own, so it is not a place your data gets stuck.
Lead Sync is built and run by Syslice. When a platform changes its rules, the people who fix it are the people who wrote it.
A few practical details worth having before you connect your first source. Most of them are about what each platform asks of you.
Tell us which platforms you advertise on and where the leads need to land. We will show you the route running with a test submission of your own before you commit to anything.
