Project Overview
A fintech company processing payments for thousands of merchants had outgrown their initial payment infrastructure. Transaction failures were costing them significant revenue monthly, and their system had single points of failure with no real-time monitoring.
Syslice was engaged to design and deploy a payment processing engine that could handle high volume reliably, meet PCI-DSS Level 1 certification requirements, and provide complete transaction visibility.
The Challenge
The existing payment flow had single points of failure, manual reconciliation processes that took hours daily, and no real-time monitoring. When transactions failed, the team often didn't know until merchants complained.
The new system needed to support multiple payment service providers with automatic failover, handle currency conversions, and provide real-time dashboards for both internal operations and merchant partners.

Multi-PSP routing with intelligent failover, retry logic, and automatic reconciliation across Stripe, Adyen, and local payment providers.
PCI-DSS Compliance
Level 1 certified card handling with tokenization vault, secure key management, and quarterly penetration testing.
Real-Time Monitoring
Transaction dashboards with sub-second updates, velocity alerts, anomaly detection, and automated incident escalation.
Merchant Portal
Self-serve dashboard for merchants with transaction history, payout tracking, dispute management, and API documentation.
